Caprese Omelette Recipe | Breakfast Care

Caprese Omelette is the easy and healthy option for you busy morning schedule. It is a delicious and low-carb breakfast recipe.

• 2 eggs
• Cherry tomatoes
•  Mozzarella cheese, sliced
• Fresh Basil
• 2 tablespoons oil
• Salt and pepper, as per taste

  1. In a bowl, crack the eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk well with a fork until fully combined.
  2. Add basil and stir.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the cherry tomatoes for a few minutes.
  5. Pour the egg batter on top of the tomatoes. Wait until the batter is slightly firm.
  6. Add the cheese. Lower the heat and let the omelet set 
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
