Breakfast Omelette Recipe | Breakfast Care

Breakfast Omelettes are one of the healthiest breakfast foods. It is quick and easy to make, and will keep you full till lunch.

  • eggs
  • cup mushrooms
  • cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped mushrooms and fresh onion. Saute until brown over medium flame.
  • Keep out from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan add the kale leaves. Saute for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • In a bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk well.
  • Melt butter in pan on medium heat.
  • Add the beaten eggs and spread evenly to make a round. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the omelette and let it cook until light brown.
  • Add the mozzarella over half Omelette and melt it. Add the kale and mushrooms over the melted cheese.
  • Flip half of the omelette over the cheese, kale and mushrooms.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
