Blueberry Oatmeal Recipe | Breakfast Care

Blueberry Oatmeal  is an attractive breakfast and is a healthy way to kick start the day.


Ingredients
• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 3/4 cup blueberries
• 1 small banana, sliced
• 1 tablespoon buckwheat
• 2 dates
• 1/8 teaspoon salt


Instructions
• Boil the milk in a pan.
• Add in oats and salt in boiled milk.
• Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
• Add sugar and cinnamon, stirring continually.
• Transfer to the serving bowl.
• Top with blueberries, banana slices and dates.
• Sprinkle with buckwheat and serve.
• Enjoy!


Note
1. You can drizzle with maple syrup for delicious flavour.
2. You can replace the milk with soy milk.
