Blueberry Chia Pudding With Mangoes is just about the easiest thing to make, and it is the perfect make ahead breakfast, as the chia seeds are a nutritional power-house.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Zest from one orange
  • Blueberries
  • Mango

1. Pour the milk into a jar with a tight fitting lid. 
2. Add chia seeds, honey and orange zest. Screw on the lid and shake well. 
3. Keep in the fridge until very thick and pudding like, preferably overnight.
4. Next morning, top with blueberries and mango.
 5. Serve immediately.
6. Enjoy!
