Banana Nut Pancakes Recipe | Breakfast Care

Banana Nut Pancakes are the healthiest and best pancakes recipe to serve for breakfast. It is contains abundant amount of fibres and potassium.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix them well together.
  2. In another bowl, add almond milk, bananas and melted butter. Whisk them well.
  3. Whisk in egg. 
  4. Pour mixture into the well in the flour mixture and mix.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 
  6. Drop 1/4 cup mixture into the pan. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan. 
  7. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are firm.
  8. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  9. Transfer onto the serving plate and top with banana slices and nuts.
  10. Sprinkle with white sugar and serve.
  11. Enjoy!

You can serve with maple syrup.
