Ingredients
- 2 pieces bread
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt, as per taste
Instructions
- Cut and remove the pit and skin from the avocado.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and saute until golden brown.
- Toast the bread slices until crisp.
- Spread avocado on the top of whole bread.
- Place sauteed mushrooms over avocado and season with salt and chilli flakes.
- Serve immediately.
