Avocado & Mushroom Toast is the best go-and-grab breakfast for your busy morning schedule.

  • 2 pieces bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt, as per taste

  1. Cut and remove the pit and skin from the avocado.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. 
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and saute until golden brown.
  4. Toast the bread slices until crisp.
  5. Spread avocado on the top of whole bread.
  6. Place sauteed mushrooms over avocado and season with salt and chilli flakes.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
