Avocado Egg Toast is one of the easiest and healthiest breakfast recipe. It's simply delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- Seasonings, as per taste
- Salt & Pepper, as per taste
- 2 handful of fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
- Toast 2 slices of bread until golden and crispy.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Break egg into a small bowl, then carefully slip the egg onto the pan. Repeat for the second egg. Cook until whites are completely set and yolks are thickened.
- Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
- Top with the fried egg and sprinkle salt, pepper and seasonings.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
