Avocado Egg Toast Recipe| Breakfast Care

Avocado Egg Toast is one of the easiest and healthiest breakfast recipe. It's simply delicious breakfast.



Ingredients
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • Seasonings, as per taste
  • Salt & Pepper, as per taste
  • 2 handful of fresh dill

Instructions
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast 2 slices of bread until golden and crispy.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Break egg into a small bowl, then carefully slip the egg onto the pan. Repeat for the second egg. Cook until whites are completely set and yolks are thickened.
  • Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
  • Top with the fried egg and sprinkle salt, pepper and seasonings.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
  • Enjoy!
