Turkish Eggs Recipe | Breakfast Care

Turkish Eggs is a healthy and comfort food.  It's often serve with toasted crusty bread and is a best breakfast recipe.

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • A handful of parsley,bchopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • In a large bowl, put the yogurt and whisk in the garlic, dill, oil and some seasoning.
  • Heat the butter in a small pan until melted, stir in the paprika and leave over a low heat.
  • Poach the eggs by gently cracking into a pan of just-simmering water. Leave for 2-3 minutes then scoop out with a slotted spoon and gently poke the yolk to see if it is done to your liking. Drain on kitchen paper towel.
  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the eggs.
  • Drizzle over the paprika and butter.
  • Sprinkle with a chopped parsley and serve.
  • Enjoy!
