Spinach Artichoke Pinwheels Recipe | Breakfast Care

Spinach Artichoke Pinwheels is an popular appetizer.
It is perfect for any party or just as a snack. Loaded with fresh spinach, artichoke, and lots of cheese.


  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 14-ounce can artichoke
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese until combined. Fold in spinach and artichokes.
  • Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry. Brush oil over sheet.
  • Spread half of the mixture onto sheet, leaving a 1 inch margin on each side.
  • Roll up sheet tightly, pinch the seam closed. Wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with second sheet.
  • Place in freezer for 20 minutes, just to firm them up.
  • Remove the rolls from freezer and cut into 1 inch thick slices.
  • Place pinwheels in parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until fluffy and light browned.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to the cooling rack and serve.
