Spinach and Banana Power Smoothie Recipe| Breakfast Care

Spinach is the ideal choice for a green smoothie. It is highly rich in vitamins and antioxidants.



Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup spinach 
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Ice


Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve.
3. Enjoy!


Note
1. Add more milk if smoothie is thick.
2. You can add any milk.
