- 1.5 cup spinach
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 cups almond milk
- 8 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoon buckwheat
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Ice
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
