Samosa Rolls Recipe | Breakfast Care

Samosa Rolls is one of the popular Indian cuisine. It is irresistible brunch or snack due to its crispy and delicious flavour. It is often served with green coriander chutney and hot tea.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon amchur powder
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • A handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup warm water 
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Salt, as per taste

  • For filling: Boil potatoes and mash it.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well.
  • For Samosa Roll: Seive the flour and add salt. Add vegetable oil and mix it very well.
  • Make a smooth dough using warm water.
  • Make small round rolls with the dough and roll it like chapattis.
  • Put a thin layer of mashed potato mixture on it.
  • Roll it so that you have a chapatti cylinder.
  • Bake the rolls for 10 minutes or  until  browned.
  • Transfer onto the plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
  • Enjoy!

1. Samosa Rolls are best eaten with coriander chutney and tea.
2. You can deep fry the rools instead of baking.
