Salmon pasta recipe for beginners


• Pasta
• 1 big onion, finely chopped
• 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1-2 salmon fillets, seasoned with salt and
• 1.5 cup of unsweetened milk
• 1/2 cup of vegetable broth (optional)
• 2 teaspoon of olive oil
• 2-3 tablespoon of grated cheese
• Some salt, pepper, onion powder and           paprika
• Some finely chopped parsley


1. Remove the skin of salmon fillets and cut them to small cubes, then set them aside.
2. Finely chop the onion and parsley and grate the garlic.
3. Put some water in pot and let it boil then cook your pasta.
4. In a pan, add 1 TSP of olive oil and cook the salmon cubes for few minutes on each side ( flip them one by one) then set them aside in a plate.
5. Quickly fry the onion and garlic in the same pan you cooked your salmon in.
6. Once translucent, add the unsweetened milk and season it with onion powder and paprika. Let it simmer on medium low heat then add 2 tbsp of grated cheese. Mix them well and then add some parsley and cook until the mixture thickens a bit then turn the heat off.
7. Your pasta should be ready now. Drain it and add 1 tsp of olive oil to prevent it from get sticky.
8. Bring the salmon cubes back in the pan where your sauce is. Add the pasta and mix well them together.
9. Serve immediately.
10. Enjoy!


In case you feel your sauce thickened a lot, add 1/4 cup of unsweetened milk on top of the pasta and salmon gently.
