Pina Colada Recipe | Breakfast Care

Pina colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both.

  • 3 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/3 cup white rum
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • Pineapple wedges
  • Ice 

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into the glass, top with pineapple wedges and serve.
  3. Enjoy!

If the mixture is too thick, add in extra water or coconut milk.
