Paneer Capsicum & Corn Paratha Recipe | Brekfast Care

Paneer Capsicum & Corn Parathas make a great dish to have for breakfast or even pack into a kids lunch box. It's an easy to make recipe for morning hectic schedule.

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup paneer, grated
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, boiled
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup water, or as required
  • Salt, as per taste


1. In a large bowl, add the flour, salt and sufficient amount of water and make a soft dough.
2. In an another bowl, add grated paneer, boiled corn kernels, finely chopped capsicum, salt, chilli powder and mix them well for stuffing.
3. Take one dough portion and roll it using rolling pin. Roll till you get a circular shape of around 6 inch diameter. 
4. Take one of the rolled circles and place on a flat surface. Take a portion of the filling and spread evenly.
5. Cover with the other rolled dough circle and seal the edges gently.
6. Heat butter in a pan.
7. Put paratha on the pan and brush with butter. Cook on a medium flame till both sides are cooked.
8. Transfer paratha on a serving dish.
9. Serve hot with butter, curd or pickle of your choice.
10. Enjoy!

You can use oil/ ghee instead of butter.
