Nut Butter Breakfast Cookies are a healthier way to eat cookies for breakfast. They have a bunch of healthy ingredients which makes them a better choice for breakfast.
Save money and skip buying those expensive breakfast cookies at the store by making your own at home.

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup creamy nut butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 tablespoon sugar/ maple syrup

1. Combine flour, beaten egg and mix well. Stir until forms a cookie dough ball.

2. Roll the cookie dough into 10-12 balls.

3. Place on cookie sheet and use a fork to flatten.

4. Bake until sides get brown or for about 15 minutes.

5. Transfer cookies on cooling rack and let cool down for 15 minutes.

7. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

8. Enjoy!

 Let cool for few hours for delicious crunchy texture.
