Masala Maggie Recipe | Breakfast Care

Masala Maggi is a quick & easy Indian snack made by tossing maggi noodles along with mixed vegetables and spices. It is not only a easy to make food but also one of the most yummy and tangy dish loved by people of all ages and especially by the children.

  • 2 packets maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • A pinch of salt

  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion and saute till onions are soft.
  3. Add tomatoes and saute.
  4. Add water , maggi masala, red chilli powder, and mix well.
  5. Bring water to boil, and add maggi noodles and close lid.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in between.
  7. Finally sprinkle chaat masala and switch off the heat.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
  9. Enjoy!

You use use butter instead of oil.
