Masala Maggi is a quick & easy Indian snack made by tossing maggi noodles along with mixed vegetables and spices. It is not only a easy to make food but also one of the most yummy and tangy dish loved by people of all ages and especially by the children.
Ingredients
- 2 packets maggi noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, onion and saute till onions are soft.
- Add tomatoes and saute.
- Add water , maggi masala, red chilli powder, and mix well.
- Bring water to boil, and add maggi noodles and close lid.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in between.
- Finally sprinkle chaat masala and switch off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
- Enjoy!
Note
You use use butter instead of oil.
