Lotus Biscoff Pancake is one of the popular dish of United Arab Emirates.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 100g flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoon biscoff spread
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- Biscoff biscuits
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add banana and mash with a fork.
- Add the maple syrup, biscoff spread, coconut oil and milk. Whisk until fully.
- Stir in the flour until no large lumps remain.
- Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoon of the pancake mix and use a metal spoon to ease the mix into a round pancake shape.
- Fry until you can see lots of air bubbles in the batter.
- Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate and repeat this process.
- Top with biscoff sauce and biscoff biscuit, and serve.
- Enjoy!
Note
Reduce the heat if the pancakes start to burn.
