Lotus Biscoff Pancake is one of the popular dish of United Arab Emirates.

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon biscoff spread
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Biscoff biscuits
  • Chocolate sauce

  1. In a large bowl, add banana and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the maple syrup, biscoff spread, coconut oil and milk. Whisk until fully.
  3. Stir in the flour until no large lumps remain.
  4. Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat.
  5. Add 2 tablespoon of the pancake mix and use a metal spoon to ease the mix into a round pancake shape.
  6. Fry until you can see lots of air bubbles in the batter.
  7. Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate and repeat this process.
  8. Top with biscoff sauce and biscoff biscuit, and serve.
  9. Enjoy!

Reduce the heat if the pancakes start to burn.
