Kiwi & Banana Smoothie Recipe | Breakfast Care

Kiwi & Banana Smoothie is the best way to start the day. It's highly rich in fibres and vitamins.


Ingredients
• 2 Kiwifruits, ripe
• 1 banana, ripe
• 1/4 cup bay spinach
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 tablespoon honey


Instructions
1. Peel and cut banana and kiwi fruit into pieces.
2. Put banana, kiwi fruit, bay spinach, milk and honey in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses and serve.
5. Enjoy!


Note
Add more milk if smoothie is too thick.
