Green Apple Smoothie Recipe | Breakfast Care

Green Apple Smoothie is a super healthy and packs a powerful punch with vitamins, fiber and even protein into each and every sip. It's the perfect way to start the day.


Ingredients
  • 2 green apples
  • 4 cup baby spinach
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Core the apple and cut it into pieces.
  2. Remove the pits from the dates.
  3. Place all ingredients a blender and blend until reached desired consistency.
  4. Add lemon juice and blend for a few seconds again.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!

Note
Add more milk if smoothie is too thick.
