Green Apple Smoothie is a super healthy and packs a powerful punch with vitamins, fiber and even protein into each and every sip. It's the perfect way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 2 green apples
- 4 cup baby spinach
- 4 dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- Core the apple and cut it into pieces.
- Remove the pits from the dates.
- Place all ingredients a blender and blend until reached desired consistency.
- Add lemon juice and blend for a few seconds again.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
Note
Add more milk if smoothie is too thick.
