Flourless Oatmeal Banana Pancakes Recipe | Breakfast Care

Flourless Oatmeal Banana Pancakes are naturally gluten free, dairy free and contain no flour or added sugar. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast.

  • 2 ripe banana, medium sized
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, for topping
  • Sliced banana, for topping
  • Honey/ Maple syrup

  • Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth.
  •  Add egg and oats and mix well.
  • Heat a large pan over medium-low heat.
  • Pour the batter to make 3-4 pancakes. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Turn and cook until browned or 3-4 minutes.
  • Top with banana slices and chocolate chips
  • Pour a teaspoon of honey/ maple syrup and serve.
  • Enjoy!

Serve with almond butter, honey, jelly, pancake syrup or whatever your prefer.
