Flourless Oatmeal Banana Pancakes are naturally gluten free, dairy free and contain no flour or added sugar. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana, medium sized
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, for topping
- Sliced banana, for topping
- Honey/ Maple syrup
Instructions
- Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add egg and oats and mix well.
- Heat a large pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour the batter to make 3-4 pancakes. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Turn and cook until browned or 3-4 minutes.
- Top with banana slices and chocolate chips
- Pour a teaspoon of honey/ maple syrup and serve.
- Enjoy!
Note
Serve with almond butter, honey, jelly, pancake syrup or whatever your prefer.
