Chickpea Pancakes Recipe | Breakfast Care

Chickpea Pancakes, also known as Pudla in India make a wonderful post workout or weekend morning breakfast. They contain tons of protein.

  • 100g chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 100g flour, self raising
  • 40g cheese, grated
  • 40g carrot, grated
  • 30g baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil

1. Put the cooked chickpeas in a blender and blend until roughly chopped.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Heat a little oil in the pan.
4. Por and spread a large tablespoon of batter in the pan. Fry until edges get brown and cooked.
5. Repeat the process and make the number of pancakes you want.
6. Serve immediately.
7. Enjoy!
