Cheese Maggi is basically an alteration to the popular masala maggi recipe where cheese and chilli flakes are added.
It's best served as breakfast and snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 packet maggie noodles
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add in onion, tomato and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add in water, noodles and tastemaker, mix well.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
- Enjoy!
