Cheese Maggi Recipe | Breakfast Care

Cheese Maggi is basically an alteration to the popular masala maggi recipe where cheese and chilli flakes are added. 
It's best served as breakfast and snacks.

  • 2 packet maggie noodles
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add in onion, tomato and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in water, noodles and tastemaker, mix well.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
  6. Enjoy!
