Breakfast Nachos Recipe | Breakfast Care


Breakfast Nachos is one of the delicious breakfast recipe. This breakfast nachos recipe is mounded with cheesy scrambled eggs, tortilla chips, pinto beans, and salsa.

Ingredients
• 1 bag tortilla chips
• 4 bacon stripes, cooked and chopped
• 6 large eggs, scrambled
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
• 1/4 cup salsa
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 tomato, chopped
• Jalapenos, picked
• Herbs, to garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Spread out the tortilla chips onto a parchment paper lined-baking sheet. 
  3. Top with both cheeses, scrambled eggs, and bacon and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted.
  5. Top with salsa, green onions, and pickled jalapeños, avocado, chopped tomato and serve.
  6. Garnish with herbs.
  7. Finish with sour cream and serve.
  8. Enjoy!

  1. Use can use herbs of your choice.
