Berry Yoghurt Smoothie Recipe | Breakfast Care

Smoothies are one of the easiest way to get a quick simple balanced breakfast.
Berries are packed with fibre that will help you keep you full in between meals and snacks and also help to reduce your cravings.

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries)
  • 1 small banana (optional)
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Water, if required
  • Ice cubes, if required

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds, stir and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into glass, add ice cubes and top with berries.
  4. Serve immediately
  5. Enjoy!
