Beetroot Smoothie Recipe | Breakfast Care




Ingredients
  • 1 large beetroot, peeled& trimmed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small carrot, peeled & chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1-inch ginger, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • Chocolate pieces, for topping

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients like beetroot, carrot, milk, celery, cinnamon powder, ice cubes and ginger in a blender, and mix until smooth. 
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and top with chocolate pieces.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes
1. You can refrigerate smoothie for up to 2 days.
2. Add more milk if smoothie is thick.
